I decided that today would be all about yummy drinks, alcoholic and not. I love trying new cocktails, juices, and smoothies. When I was pregnant, and not able to drink I always made myself Momtinis (martinis with no alcohol)!
For a long time I had a bad habit of drinking energy drinks and soda, so bad for you. Ever since I switched my diet and eliminated those horrible sugary drinks I’ve felt so much more energized and healthy. What you put in your body makes such a big difference, its incredible. I’ve seen a lot of people start juicing, and its become a pretty big trend. Its such a wonderful way of working your fruits and vegetables into your diet.
