My blogging schedule has been all out of whack lately, I blame it on the mass amounts of painting, Netflicks documentary watching, and vacation planning I’ve been doing this past week. I completed a few new pieces that I will be listing in the shop section of my blog, but if you just can’t wait they are available on my newly opened Society6 shop! You can find some of my designs on cellphone cases, throw pillows and laptop skins as well! I’ve also received a few more custom orders so I’m excited to start moving on those in the next few days. I have a few more custom spots open so if you would like to place an order with me visit my contact page to file a request.
I babbled the other day all about my birthday and wanting to plan a little cocktail party, but plans have changed for the better and now I’m super stoked for October. My husband and I have been talking about planning a trip for such a long time and it looks like it’s finally going to happen! We never took a honey moon and have never taken any sort of trip alone. Before the kids we always went with family, or visited family, and now eight years later we will finally get a weekend to enjoy for ourselves. This is epic stuff right here! We decided on Memphis because I want to sort of recreate my Blue Hawaii childhood birthday party as an adult. I mentioned before that I had an Elvis themed bash as a kiddo and then my parents surprised me with a trip to Graceland and it was one of my favorite birthdays to date. Now that I’m going to be 23 I figured it’s about time to walk in Memphis, and of course I will be bringing my blue suede shoes. I’ve been all over the interwebz planning our little getaway, but if you have any suggestions they are more than welcome. I want to get as much food and booze in as I possibly can. Hey, no kids, I better live it up right?
So it’s been a busy and exciting week to say the least, here is a little taste of my life lately via Instagram!

Hope you are all having a fantastic week!
