Last month we took our family on a road trip to visit national parks in both Colorado and Utah. We spent two weeks exploring some of the most amazing landscapes and natural land formations in our country and left with such a sense of wonder and gratitude for this earth we live on. We soaked in precious time together, exploring the world and learning through experiences that no book can recreate. Traveling with kids has always seemed like a daunting task, especially a longer trip with a lot of stops and very little rhythm but they all did great and we ended up having the best time, even with a few mishaps along the way!
If you ever get the chance to visit Arches or run in the desert with your children, do it.
Absolutely do it.
This trip was exactly what we needed to get away and recharge together. to learn together. to create unforgettable memories together.
I will cherish them always.
