Autumn Boucher is a stay at home mother to three, wellness educator, and certified doula embracing simple living with her best friend & husband in the Midwest. She spends her days homeschooling her little ones, soaking in nature, whipping up things in the kitchen, and is never too far from a good book. Always striving for growth & healing on her journey, Autumn is passionate about self discovery, self love, mindfulness, and intentional living. This journey towards wholeness is woven throughout every aspect of her life.
While raising a big family in the world today can seem anything but slow and simple, Autumn seeks to embrace the every day moments with her family, doing her best to practice gratitude and grace along the way.
